How to become a fastCASH user?
- Log into ATM Online after you have created an Account.
- Choose the fastCASH payment option under the deposit section.
- Register your bank account with ATM Online. The account information can be found on a paper check that is associated with your bank account. You can also retrieve the information from your internet bank account.
- You will be asked a series of identity verification questions (we do not store any of this information on our servers). You will then be prompted to chat with one of our online operators. Our operators will verify your personal information and give you a call at a phone number registered in your name.
- Once you’ve chatted with one of operators you’ll be permitted to make a first time fashCash deposit up to $200 USD from the bank account you registered in your account.
- Your first fastCash deposit will clear our account in 4 business days. Once you verify your account your fastCash limit will increase rapidly (See instructions on how to increase your fastCash status below).
Where do you make fastCASH Payments?
You can make a fastCASH payment at any ONLINE MERCHANT that supports ATM Online.
You will be asked to input the nickname (that you have created) of the bank account from which want to transfer the funds. The money is instantly transferred to the online merchant without you even having to leave the merchant's site.
How do you increase your fastCash status?
- Initial Transaction - Amount up to $200 (total)
To Qualify: Successfully pass our verification process and we will grant you a first time fastCash deposit of up to $ 200.
To pass our verification process:
• Successfully answer our identitiy verification questions (5 - 7 questions maximum).
• We must call you at a phone number registered in your name.
- Bronze Status - Max Amount $200 to $500
To Qualify: After your first transaction has cleared your ATM Online Account you must verify your bank account with ATM Online.
ATM Online removes funds from your bank account in two separate withdrawl amounts. To verify your account log into the Transactions page in your ATM Online account and select Verify. Enter one of the two withdrawl amounts from your bank statement.
- Silver Status - Max Amount $1000 per week
To Qualify: An accumulated amount of $1000 in deposits must clear into your ATM Online account.
- Gold Status - Max Amount $2000 per week
To Qualify: $4,000 in total fastCASH deposits must have cleared into your ATM Online Account.
- Platinum Status - Max Amount $3000 per week
To Qualify: $12,000 in total fastCASH deposits must have cleared into your ATM Online Account.
