Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed daily. You can request them from 9:00 AM ET - 8:00 PM ET. Monday though Sunday's. We guarantee payment in less than 24 hours from your request as long as all required documentation is in order.

Simply log into your Skytower Casino account and click on the withdrawal button, select the method of your choice and key in the amount you want to withdrawal. It's that easy. Withdrawal requests can also be processed toll free at 1-800-375-8701 with a customer service representative. Payout requests that come in after 1:00 PM. ET will be added to the follwing day's batch.
