Free betting accounts are good on spreads & totals of the full game only. They are not valid on Circled games or combined with any other bonus offers. They can not be used for placing wagers on Horses, -105 reduced juice Tuesdays or any other existing or future betting promotions. The maximum payout for any freeplay is $5,000.

Membership Agreement

Skytower Casino agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Skytower Sportsbook & Casino Web site.  The website is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as  other intellectual property laws and treaties.  The agreement between Skytower Sportsbook & Casino and the user  may be terminated by the customer at the customer's request. Or if deemed necessary, Skytower reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and Skytower Sportsbook & Casino.

Age Restrictions

ALL accounts must have a correct, and valid, address and contact phone number listed in their account information on the date(s) of their withdrawal. Use of an invalid address and phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and/or a delay in your redemptions request. Using of "beards" , multiple accounts, or IP address scramblers in an effort to mask your true identity will result in forfeiture of any/all winnings. Rebate bonuses

Rebate bonuses are automatically giving in cash for the casino and racebook. You can request a free play bonus instead of cash for the racebook if you want. The choice is yours every week.

6x rollover is requried for racebook rebates given in cash.
15x rollover is requried for all casino rebates given in cash

Withdrawals/Cash outs

Withdrawals can be made prior to meeting rollover requirements. However, if rollover has not been met, the player will be penalized the greater of the free play or cash bonus amount or the winnings from the free play or cash bonus

Non U.S. players utilizing e-wallets to fund their account are subject to account audits at management’s discretion. If we become aware, or have reason to suspect that a transaction is suspicious and may involve money laundering or something similar to money laundering then we reserve the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you and to report the transaction to the relevant regulatory authorities.

Customers doing multiple daily and or weekly deposits via e-check or credit card may be subject to a 60 day hold on receiving a full payout. Accounts will be evaluated individually

Identity issues

Customers found opening or using multiple accounts or masking their true identity "beards" will forfeit all winnings.

Bonuses

Sportsbook Bonus

In order to redeem any deposit bonus, you must wager 5 times the amount or greater than the original deposit plus any bonuses prior to making a withdrawal. Withdrawals can be made prior to wagering the full amount, but the bonus will be forfeited. 

Bonus money cannot be used to bet both sides of a game in the sportsbook. Any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds wagered.

Casino Bonus
In order to redeem any deposit bonus, you must wager 7 times the amount or greater than the original deposit plus any bonuses prior to making a withdrawal. Withdrawals can be made prior to wagering the full amount, but the bonus will be forfeited.

NOTE: Customers that appear to be systematically making deposits and using referrals in an attempt to manipulate the spirit of our bonus programs are required to keep their accounts funded for 30 days.  If you wish to redeem within the 30-day agreement you must forfeit your bonus.  All accounts will be reviewed by senior management.

Disputes and Discrepancies

Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled prior to making any further wagers and within 48hrs from the date of the wager. All phone calls to Skytower Sportsbook.com will be recorded on tape. All Internet transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.

Player's that chargeback funds or reverse payments will forfeit all winnings.

Password/User ID. 

You are solely responsible for the security of your Pin  user id  and your password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password we suggest that you contact us  immediately and change your password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet the bet will be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have it's password or username, you may contact us at anytime and request a new user id and password.
