Tomasz Adamek, will go after his ninth consecutive victory and his second straight as a heavyweight, when he takes on former U.S. Olympian, Jason Estrada. Tomasz ‘Goral’ Adamek following his destruction of Andrew Golota, will continue his heavyweight career next year February 6th when he takes on Jason “Big Six” Estrada . The fight will take place at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, in a 12 round IBF heavyweight international championship fight.

Adamek, 32, is coming off of October's fifth-round knockout of former heavyweight world title contender, Andrew Golota, whom he dropped in the first and fifth rounds of his sixth stoppage in his past nine wins.

Adamek is 39-1, with 27 KOs, and has not lost since being dethroned by Chad Dawson as WBC light heavyweight (175) titlist by decision in February of 2007.

Estrada, who represented the United States at the 2004 Olympic Games in the super heavyweight division and won the gold medal at the 2003 Pan American Games, has no reservations about coming to Adamek’s home turf to fight.

Estrada defeated some of today’s leading professionals including former world title challenger DaVarryl Williamson, Malik Scott, Donnell Holmes, Malcolm Tann, and Felix Cora Jr.
